Access to supportive health care should be simple. I want to make sure you have the exact resources you need, which is why I offer flexible coverage and billing options based on the services you receive:

  • Medicaid & HUSKY Health: Motivated and Successful LLC is fully enrolled as an in-network provider for Connecticut HUSKY Health plans. Please note that HUSKY covers my specialized Perinatal Health, Postpartum Care, and Gestational Diabetes support, but does not cover general wellness or recovery coaching.

  • Out-of-Network Benefits: Digital superbills can be provided upon request for you to submit to your private insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • HSA & FSA Accounts: Proudly accepting Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for qualified health coaching services.

  • All insurance enrollments, billing, and specialized perinatal or health coaching services are provided exclusively by and through Motivated and Successful LLC. All Rights Reserved.
